我国生态环境保护与治理的法治机制研究

摘　　要：随着城市化发展脚步的逐渐加快,我国的经济水平也在快速提高,粗放型经济发展模式给生态环境带来的破坏也愈发严重,人类发展与自然环境之间的矛盾趋于尖锐。为了让广大人民群众认识到生态环境保护的重要性,需要对现有的法律法规进行完善,并以法律的手段加强对环境的保护。本文主要探讨在我国生态环境保护与治理过程中法治机制的建设策略,为环境治理工作的顺利开展奠定坚实基础。With the pace of urbanization development gradually accelerated,China’s economic level is also growing rapidly,extensive economic development model to the ecological environment is increasingly serious damage,the contradiction between human development and the natural environment tends to be sharp.In order to make the masses realize the importance of protecting the ecological environment,it is necessary to perfect the existing laws and regulations and strengthen the protection of the environment by legal means.This paper mainly discusses the construction strategy of legal mechanism in the process of ecological environment protection and governance in China,in order to lay a solid foundation for the smooth development of environmental governance.
