摘　　要：本文首先简要阐述了区域大气污染物总量控制的意义和模式,进而根据东北地区、中西部地区、中东部地区三个区域的大气污染物总量控制情况作出了技术示范和技术指导,相应提出了大气污染物总量控制的方法,为今后大气污染物总量控制的发展指明方向。旨在合理应用社会资源,科学把控大气污染物,以此实现人与自然和谐发展的目的。This paper first briefly describes the significance and model of regional total air pollutant control,and then makes technical demonstration and technical guidance according to the total air pollutant control situation in northeast China,central and western China and central and eastern China,and puts forward corresponding total air pollutant control methods,it points out the direction for the future development of the total amount control of air pollutants.The aim is to rationally use social resources and scientifically control air pollutants,so as to realize the harmonious development between man and nature.
