摘　　要：随着经济高速发展,油烟污染问题越来越突出,由于监管手段落后,且监管方面仍然存在很多漏洞,无法从根本上解决油烟污染。通过应用油烟在线监控,全面提升环境监管水平,提高工作效率,形成一套集监测、预警、指挥、执法、管理"五位一体"的环境监管模式。为环境管理、监测和执法能力提升奠定基础。With the rapid development of economy,the problem of oil fume pollution is increasingly prominent.Due to the backward of the regulatory means,there is still a lot of vulnerabilities in the regulatory,and there is no way to fundamentally solve the problem of oil-smoke pollution.Through the application of oil fume online monitoring,comprehensively improve the level of environmental supervision,improve work efficiency,and form a set of environmental regulatory models for"five-in-one"environmental supervision.And lay the foundation for environmental management,monitoring and law enforcement ability.
