摘 要:目的:探讨蓝光间歇照射辅助三联法在新生儿高胆红素血症的应用及对听觉传导通路的影响。方法:选取2016年1月—2018年12月广东省第二人民医院收治的新生儿高胆红素血症患者165例,随机分为3组,对照组1应用常规药物治疗,对照组2在对照组1的基础上应用蓝光长时间照射治疗,研究组在对照组1的基础上应用蓝光间歇照射进行治疗。结果:治疗后,研究组疗效高于对照组1、对照组2(P<0.05);研究组血清总胆红素、C-反应蛋白(CRP)以及载脂蛋白M低于对照组1、对照组2(P<0.05);研究组波间反应阈、潜伏期波Ⅰ值均低于对照组1、对照组2(P<0.05),潜伏期波Ⅱ、Ⅲ以及波间期波Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ与对照组1、对照组2无明显差异(P>0.05);研究组黄疸消退时间短于对照组1、对照组2(P>0.05)。结论:新生儿高胆红素血症患儿采取蓝光间歇照射辅助三联法治疗效果确切,能降低患儿听觉波间反应阈。Objective:To investigate the application of blue light intermittent irradiation assisted triple therapy in neonatal hyperbilirubinemia and its influence on neonatal auditory conduction pathway.Meth-ods:During January 2016 to December 2018,165 newborns with high blood bilirubin admitted in Guangdong Second Provincial General Hospital were included in this study and randomly assigned into three groups:control group 1 received routine meidcine treatment,control group 2 adoped normal blue light irradiation on the basis of routine treatment,and the study group received blu-ray intermittent exposure on the basis of routine treatment,and the clinical effect and the influence of auditory pathway were compaere among the three groups.Results:After treatment,the therapeutic effect in the study group was better as compared with control groups 1 and 2(P<0.05),and the levels of serum total bilirubin,C reactive protein,and apolipoprotein M in study group were lower than those in control groups 1 and 2(P<0.05).The values of interwave response threshold and latency waveⅠin study group were lower than those in control groups 1 and 2(P<0.05),and no significant difference between control group 1 and control group 2 was found(P>0.05).The regression time of jaundice in the study group was shorter than that in control groups 1 and 2(P>0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of blue light intermittent irradiation on the basis of conventional therapy in neonatal hyperbilirubinemia was identified,and the neonatal threshold of auditory interwave response could be reduced.
