摘　　要：针对一起220 kV主变在运行中发生的有载开关事故,通过现场检查、电气试验和解体分析,确定事故是因在有载开关家族性缺陷停电处理过程中,对转换开关更换后连接导线螺栓未紧固到位,经过一定次数档位切换后松动导致接触电阻增大,引起故障发生。结合生产实际,提出了相关运行检修建议。In view of an on load tap changer accident occurred in the operation of 220 kV main transformer,through on-site inspection,electrical test and disassembly analysis,it is determined that the accident is due to the failure of connecting wire bolts after the change-over switch is replaced,and the contact resistance increases after a certain number of gear changes,resulting in the failure.Combined with the actual production,some suggestions on operation and maintenance are put forward.
