摘 要:对26个半枫荷子代家系的苗期生长指标进行调查测定,估算其遗传力和遗传增益并初步选择优良家系。结果表明:半枫荷地径、苗高在家系间均差异极显著;26个家系子代的1年生苗平均地径4.54 mm,变幅为3.28~5.80 mm;平均苗高35.23 cm,变幅为25.13~45.33 cm。利用26个家系的地径和苗高遗传增益,采用系统聚类法初步选出WP6、DH1、YD5、PY2、天10、HN3(JH5)、LC10、HN2(JH4)、PY5等9个优良家系遗传增益较高,其平均苗高和地径分别为40.38 cm和5.12 mm,高于群体均值的12.78%和14.62%。The seedling growth indexes of 26 Semiliquidambar cathayensis families were investigated and determined to make a preliminary selection of superior families based on heritability and genetic gain.The results showed that there were significant differences in ground diameter and seedling height among the families.The ground diameters of one year old seedlings of the 26 families ranged from 3.28 to 5.80 mm,with an average of 4.54 mm;the seedling height ranged from 25.13 to 45.33 cm,and averaged 35.23 cm.A hierarchical cluster analysis was made on the genetic gains of the 26 families in basal diameter and seedling height.9 superior families with higher genetic gain were preliminarily proposed,including WP6,DH1,YD5,PY2、Tian10,HN3(JH5),LC10,HN2(JH4)and PY5.The selected families have an average seedling height and basal diameter of 40.38 cm and 5.12 mm respectively,which is 12.78%and 14.62%higher than the population mean.
