摘 要:选择矿产废弃物堆放区、地表土剥离心土区和植被破坏较少的原生土区三种地类,采取种子直播,开展多花木蓝种植和植被恢复试验。结果表明,多花木蓝在矿山水土流失区生长状况良好,矿产废弃物堆放区和地表土剥离心土区多花木蓝种子直播出苗率可达到72.3%和77.6%,穴保存率分别可达到93.5%~95.3%,盖度分别可达到82.6%和87.3%,与植被破坏较少的原生土区种植的多花木蓝差异未达到显著水平,但株高、地径均极显著或显著低于原生土区种植的多花木蓝。矿产废弃物堆放区多花木蓝根系生长状况良好,但空间分布低于植被破坏较少的原生土区,而结瘤率和根瘤数量显著高于原生土区。在矿产废弃物堆放区、地表土剥离心土区种植的多花木蓝无论是地上部分还是地下部分生长状况都较好,具有建群种属性,可以作为生态恢复的先锋植物。To explore the growth and plantation restoration function of Indigofera amblyantha,we experimented by direct seeding on 3 different types of land areas including mine waste dumps,subsoil area where topsoil was stripped and sedimentary soil area with largely intact vegetation.The results showed that I.amblyantha exhibited robust growth in soil erosion areas of mines.In mine waste dumps and subsoil area where topsoil was stripped,the seedling rate of direct sowing reached 72.3%and 77.6%,hole retention rate reached 93.5%and 95.3%,and coverage at 82.6%and 87.3%,respectively.Compared to I.amblyantha planted in sedimentary soil area with largely intact vegetation,the difference didn’t reach a significant level,except for plant height and ground diameter,in which the difference was extremely significantly or significantly lower.In mine waste dump area,strong root growth was observed,while root spatial distribution was inferior,and the nodulation rate and the number of root nodules were higher than that in sedimentary soil area.Considering its vigorous growth,both above ground and underground,in mine waste dumps and subsoil area where topsoil was stripped,I.amblyantha can be regarded as a constructive species and used as a pioneer plant for ecological restoration.
