大学生军训教育相关问题的讨论与思考——以“00后”大学新生为例

摘　　要：军训历来是高校新生工作的重要组成部分,也普遍受到各界的重视。当前,我国不少地方的高校在新生军训的实践工作中出现了思维意识的偏差,从而造成了军训工作的质量滑坡,应该引起足够的关注。以此为切入点,从大学生军训的实践现况入手,结合“00后”新生的情况,经过调研与分析,阐述当前大学生军训的现状以及存在的问题,并针对性地提出大学生军训工作创新的思路和办法,希望以此促进这项工作的发展。Military training for college students has always been an important part of freshman's work in colleges and universities,and has also been attached great importance by all walks of life.At present,there are some deviations in thinking consciousness in the practice of military training for freshmen in many colleges and universities in China,which has resulted in the decline of the quality of military training and should be paid enough attention to.This paper takes this as a breakthrough point,starting from the practical situation of military training for college students and combining with the situation of“Post-00”freshmen,expounds the current situation and existing problems of military training for college students,and puts forward innovative ideas and methods of military training for college students through investigation and analysis,hoping to promote the development of this work.
