摘 要:以松木粉和聚丙烯作为主要原料,添加不同量的木质素磺酸钠制得聚丙烯基木塑复合材料,考察了不同添加量的木质素对性能的影响。结果表明,木粉中木质素质量分数提高到13%时,拉伸强度可高达42.5 MPa,弯曲强度可达78.5 MPa,但冲击强度出现了下降;材料的热性能得到了有效提高。经过紫外光加速老化实验之后,随着木粉中木质素质量分数的提高,材料拉伸强度明显下降,表面裂纹增加,木质素会加速材料老化进程。Using pine flour and PP as the main raw materials,adding different amounts of sodium lignin sulfonate to prepare PP-based wood-plastic composites.The effects of different amounts of lignin on the properties were investigated.The results show that when the mass fraction of lignin in wood flour increases to 13%,the tensile strength can be as high as 42.5MPa,and the bending strength can reach 78.5MPa,but the impact strength has decreased;the thermal properties of the material have been effectively improved.After the UV accelerated aging experiment,with the increase of the lignin mass fraction in the wood powder,the tensile strength of the material decreased significantly,and the surface cracks increased,and the lignin would accelerate the aging process of the material.
