摘  要:以优化乙醇热回流法提取紫丹参的工艺条件为主要目标。以紫丹参为原料,水溶性成分丹酚酸B和脂溶性成分丹参酮ⅡA总含量为评价指标,建立HPLC分析方法测定其含量。通过单因素试验与正交试验相结合的方式,探讨了料液比、乙醇浓度、提取时间对紫丹参提取的影响,筛选出最佳工艺。结果表明,紫丹参的最优乙醇热回流法提取工艺为:乙醇为75%、料液比为1∶8 (g/mL)的条件下提取120 min。此工艺稳定可行,可为紫丹参水溶性及脂溶性成分的提取提供实验依据。The main object was to optimize the extraction process of Salvia yunnanensis by ethanol thermal reflux method. Taking Salvia yunnanensis as the raw material,the content of salvianolic acid B and tanshinone ⅡA as evaluation indicators,HPLC method was established to determine their content. The effects of solid-liquid ratio,ethanol concentration and extraction time on the extraction of Salvia yunnanensis were investigated by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment,and the optimum extraction process was selected. The results show that the optimized extraction process was as follows: heating reflux extraction for 120 min with 75% ethanol concentration and solid liquid ratio of 1∶ 8.This process is stable and feasible,which can provide experimental basis for the extraction process of water-soluble constituents and fat-soluble constituents of Salvia yunnanensis.
