摘 要:基于浸渍提拉法原理,在亲水性基底上沉积超疏水粉末生成超疏水涂层,涂层具有微/纳米级的复合结构。完成了制备各种纳米/微米颗粒自组装混合超疏水膜,用三维表面形貌仪和扫描电子显微镜对其表面进行了表征,对超疏水涂层进行了耐久性和温度性能测试,最后对导电超疏水功能性表面(Fe-C)进行了分析。Based on the principle of dip drawing method,superhydrophobic powder was deposited on hydrophilic substrate to form superhydrophobic coating,which has micro/nano composite structure.At present,various nano/micron particle self-assembled hybrid superhydrophobic membranes have been prepared.The surface was characterized by three-dimensional surface topography and scanning electron microscope;The durability and temperature performance of superhydrophobic coating were tested.Finally,the conductive superhydrophobic functional surface(Fe-C)was analyzed.
