摘 要:针对2021年职业院校技能大赛“化学实验技术”赛项中B模块(样品中铁含量的测定),以赛项规程、考核要点、赛项样题为核心,结合相关国家标准、科学文献,经过实验摸索,建立了两种铁含量测定方法。结果显示,两种方法标准曲线相关系数均大于0.9999,样品测定结果相对极差均小于0.5%,相对误差均小于0.5%。两种方法均适用于比赛现场测定铁试样中的铁含量。This thesis focuses on module B(determination of iron content in samples)in the“Chemical Experiment Technology”competition item of the 2021 Vocational College Skills Competition.Taking the competition rules,assessment points,and competition sample questions as the core,two iron content determination methods are established through experiments combining with standards and references.The results showed that the correlation coefficients of the standard curves of the two methods were both greater than 0.9999,the relative range of the sample determination results were both less than 0.5%,and the relative errors were both less than 0.5%.Both methods are suitable for the determination of iron content in iron samples at the competition site.
