摘  要:环境监测实验室水质监测中的总磷常常采用钼酸铵分光光度法。以总磷的测定为例,采用Top-Down不确定评定理念,基于实验室日常质控数据,利用线性拟合法对测定的不确定度进行评定。结果表明,测定样品质量浓度在校准曲线0.04~1.20 mg/L范围时,采用线性拟合法评定的扩展不确定度为:0.012 mg/L。At present,environmental monitoring laboratories often use ammonium molybdate spectrophotometry to monitor the total phosphorus concentration in water quality.This article takes the determination of total phosphorus as an example,uses the Top-Down uncertainty evaluation concept,based on laboratory daily quality control data,the uncertainty of its measurement was evaluated by linear fitting method.The results show that when the concentration of the measured sample is in the range of 0.04-1.20 mg/L in the calibration curve,the expanded uncertainty evaluated by the linear fitting method is 0.012 mg/L.
