摘　　要：设计了一个“长链卟啉化合物的合成、表征及性质研究”的综合化学实验。通过该实验的课堂教学和实施,可以让学生初步了解和掌握卟啉化合物的合成、纯化、表征和性质研究的原理和方法,同时让学生学习大型仪器在实际实验操作中的使用和相应光谱图的分析方法,了解卟啉合物的光学性质、热稳定性等,培养了学生综合运用化学实验操作技术能力和科研技术能力。A comprehensive chemical experiment on“synthesis,characterization and properties of long chain porphyrin compounds”was designed.Through the teaching of this experiment,students can preliminarily master the general methods of synthesis,purification and structural characterization of porphyrin compounds.Meanwhile,the students can learn the use of some large instruments and the analysis of corresponding spectrographs,understand the optical properties and thermal stability of porphyrin compounds.The comprehensive ability of chemical experiment and scientific research will be cultivated.
