宅基地退出研究进展与热点可视化分析

摘　　要：利用CiteSpace对332篇宅基地退出研究的文献进行可视化分析,根据宅基地退出文献发文量,分别对宅基地退出的研究作者、研究机构、研究热点以及研究趋势进行分析。研究表明,在2009—2021年宅基地退出文献发文量处于增长状态;研究作者之间未形成专业的学术团队;研究机构之间合作密度低;研究热点集中于宅基地退出制度、退出意愿及影响因素、退出模式及补偿标准、宅基地退出与三权分置改革;研究趋势从宏观转微观,从制度改革研究到农民意愿研究。基于以上研究结果提出:宅基地退出补偿机制有待加强;农民合法权益有待保障;统一科学的宅基地退出模式评价体系有待构建;与乡村振兴发展新背景有待紧密结合。This paper uses CiteSpace to make a visual analysis of 332 literatures on homestead exit.According to the number of literatures published,this paper analyzes the research authors,research institutions,research hotspots and research trends of homestead exit.The research showed that:from 2009 to 2021,the number of literatures on homestead withdrawal was increasing;there was no professional academic team among the research authors;low cooperation density appeared among research institutions;the research focused on the homestead exit system,exit intention and influencing factors,exit mode and compensation standard,homestead exit and the reform of separation of three separating rights;the research trend was ranging from macro to micro and from system reform to farmers′will.The results showed that the compensation mechanism for homestead withdrawal needed to be strengthened;the legitimate rights and interests of farmers needed to be protected;a unified and scientific evaluation system of homestead exit mode needed to be constructed;it needed to be closely combined with new background of rural revitalization and development.
