摘　　要：介绍使用乙酸酐-N-甲基咪唑-二甲基甲酰胺催化酰化法测定聚四亚甲基醚二醇(PTMEG)的羟值含量,讨论了样品用量、酰化温度、酰化时间和酰化剂含水量及稳定性对测定结果的影响。结果表明:使用乙酸酐-N-甲基咪唑-二甲基甲酰胺催化酰化体系,在50℃下酰化反应时间30 min,测得PTMEG1000和PTMEG2000羟值结果与国标法相接近,且操作简便耗时短,避免使用对人体危害较大的吡啶溶剂,同时酰化剂用量较少,保护了环境。The determination of hydroxyl value of polytetramethylene ether diol(PTMEG)by catalytic acylation of acetic anhydride-n-methylimidazole-dimethylformamide was described in this paper.The effects of sample dosage,acylation temperature,acylation time,water content and stability of acylation agent on the determination results were discussed.The results show that:using acetic anhydride-N-methylimidazole-dimethylformamide catalytic acylation system,the hydroxyl values of PTMEG1000 and PTMEG2000 were measured at 50℃for 30 min,and the results were close to that of the national standard method.And the operation was simple and time-consuming,avoiding the use of pyridine solvent which is harmful to human body,and the amoumt of acylating agent was small,which protected the environment.
