摘　　要：目的:观察循经刮痧联合走罐治疗项背肌筋膜炎风寒湿邪证的临床疗效。方法:随机将120例项背肌筋膜炎风寒湿邪证患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予循经刮痧联合走罐法,对照组给予针刺+TDP治疗。比较两组患者视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale, VAS)、中医证候积分、临床疗效。结果:治疗组有效率为93.3%,对照组为78.3%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗第8天和治疗后中医证候积分显著降低(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后中医证候积分显著低于治疗第8天(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗第8天和治疗后VAS显著降低(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后VAS显著低于治疗第8天(P<0.05)。结论:循经刮痧联合走罐法治疗项背肌筋膜炎风寒湿邪证临床疗效显著,可显著改善项背疼痛症状。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of scraping along meridians combined with cupping therapy for treatment of cervical dorsal muscle fasciitis with the syndrome of wind-cold damp pathogen.Methods: 120 patients of cervical dorsal muscle fasciitis with the syndrome of wind-cold damp pathogen were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with scraping along meridians combined with cupping, and the control group was treated with acupuncture+TDP treatment.The visual analogue scale(VAS) and TCM syndrome score were used as observation indexes to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results: The effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group and 78.3% in the control group, The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment, the TCM syndrome score of the two groups decreased significantly on the 8 th day and after treatment(P<0.05);the TCM syndrome score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that on the 8 th day(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment, the VAS of the two groups decreased significantly on the 8 th day and after treatment.The VAS of the treatment group was significantly lower than that on the 8 th day of treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion: Scraping along meridians combined with cupping therapy is effective in the treatment of cervical dorsal muscle fasciitis with the syndrome of wind-cold damp pathogen, which can significantly improve the symptoms of nuchal dorsal pain.
