青海省海北州牦牛血清BVDV、IBRV流行病学调查

摘　　要：为了掌握青海省海北州牦牛血清中牛病毒性腹泻病毒(BVDV)和牛传染性鼻气管炎病毒(IBRV)的流行情况,本试验分别采用ELISA方法和PCR方法对2015—2019年采集于青海省海北州的336份牦牛血清样品进行了BVDV和IBRV的抗体和抗原检测。结果表明,2015—2019年BVDV抗体阳性率分别为11.11%、17.19%、22.06%、26.67%和29.76%,IBRV抗体阳性率分别为8.89%、12.50%、13.24%、18.67%和19.05%,BVDV/IBRV抗体混合阳性率分别为0、3.13%、5.88%、6.67%和8.33%,BVDV阳性感染率分别为11.11%、14.06%、16.18%、20.00%和20.24%,IBRV阳性感染率分别为8.89%、9.38%、10.29%、14.67%和19.05%,BVDV/IBRV混合感染率分别为0、3.13%、4.41%、5.33%和5.95%。因此,自2015年开始青海省海北州牦牛群中存在BVDV和IBRV的流行,且BVDV和IBRV阳性感染率自2015—2019年存在逐步升高的趋势,尤其是2018年和2019年的BVDV和IBRV阳性感染率升高幅度均较大。In order to gain insights into the prevalence of bovine viral diarrhea virus(BVDV) and infectious bovine rhinotracheitis virus(IBRV) in yak from Haibei prefecture,Qinghai province,336 yak serum samples were collected between 2015 and 2019,and antibodies and antigens were detected by ELISA and PCR,respectively.The results showed that in 2015,2016,2017,2018 and 2019,the positive rates of BVDV antibodies were 11.11%,17.19%,22.06%,26.67% and 29.76%,respectively;the positive rates of IBRV antibodies were 8.89%,12.50%,13.24%,18.67% and 19.05%,respectively;the mixed positive rates of BVDV/IBRV antibodies were 0,3.13%,5.88%,6.67% and 8.33%,respectively;the positive infection rates of BVDV were 11.11%,14.06%,16.18%,20.00% and 20.24%,respectively;the positive infection rates of IBRV were 8.89%,9.38%,10.29%,14.67% and 19.05%,respectively;the mixed infection rates of BVDV/IBRV were 0,3.13%,4.41%,5.33% and 5.95%,respectively.Thus,BVDV and IBRV have been prevalent in yaks since 2015,and the positive rates of BVDV and IBRV have gradually increased from 2015 to 2019,especially in 2018 and 2019.
