白苦败痢散治疗仔猪大肠杆菌性腹泻的临床效果

摘　　要：为了考察白苦败痢散对仔猪大肠杆菌性腹泻临床治疗效果,本试验将48头断奶仔猪随机分为空白对照组、感染对照组、白苦败痢散高剂量组[4 g/(kg·bw)]、白苦败痢散中剂量组[2 g/(kg·bw)]、白苦败痢散低剂量组[1 g/(kg·bw)]和药物对照组(恩诺沙星),每组8头。除空白对照组外,其他各组均灌服大肠杆菌液;3 d后,除空白对照组、感染对照组外,各组灌服给药,连用5 d。每天观察仔猪临床症状,记录仔猪精神状态、采食、腹泻情况及死亡状况,统计有效率、治愈率。结果显示,高、中剂量组白苦败痢散治疗仔猪大肠杆菌性腹泻的有效率分别为87.5%和75.0%;高、中剂量组仔猪日增重均显著高于感染对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明,白苦败痢散治疗仔猪大肠杆菌性腹泻的临床效果良好。In order to investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of Baikubailisan on piglets with Escherichia coli diarrhea,48 weaned piglets were randomly divided into blank control group,infected control group,Baikubailisan high-dose group [4 g/(kg·bw)],medium-dose group [2 g/(kg·bw)],low-dose group [1 g/(kg·bw)] and drug control group(enrofloxacin),with 8 piglets in each group.Except for the blank control group,the other groups were infected by gavage with E.coli.After 3 days,except for blank control group and infected control group,each group was given the drug by gavage for 5 days.Clinical symptoms of piglets were observed daily.Mental state,feeding intake,diarrhea and death of piglets were recorded,and the effective rate and cure rate were counted.The results showed Baikubailisan high and medium dose groups had effective rates of 87.5% and 75.0%,respectively,for the treatment of Escherichia coli diarrhea in piglets.The daily gain of piglets was higher in Baikubailisan high-dose and medium-dose groups than in infected control group(P<0.05).Thus,Baikubailisan has a good effect on E.coli diarrhea in piglets.
