幼狼股骨头损伤病例的诊治

摘　　要：1只幼狼在嬉戏过程中后半部分躯体遭到挤压,左后肢跛行,无法触地。经影像学检查、实验室检查并结合临床检查,诊断为股骨头骨折。为帮助患狼消除异常疼痛,从患狼左侧股三角区打开手术通路并切除股骨头骨折部分。术后患狼无疼痛感,能够正常行走,预后良好。对于股骨头骨折的治疗,及时采取股骨头切除术,有利于降低并发症的发生率以及缓解动物机体的疼痛感。The second half of a gray wolf’s body was squeezed during play,resulting in a limp left hind leg,which was unable to touch the ground.Based on basic clinical,imaging and laboratory examinations,the wolf was diagnosed with a fracture of the femoral head.To help alleviate and eliminate abnormal friction and pain,an incision was made from the left femoral triangle of the wolf,and the part of femoral head fracture was cut off.After surgery,the wolf recovered well and could walk normally without pain.Thus,treatment of femoral head fracture,through the femoral head resection,can reduce the incidence of complications and relieve the pain of animals.
