摘　　要：目的:探讨心理应激对非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病患者的神经内分泌及免疫功能影响。方法:选择2019年8月~2020年3月期间某院收治的非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病患者100例作为资料,均接受SCL-90自评量表评分,其中50例评分<160分的无心理应激患者为对照组,50例评分≥160分的心理应激性患者为观察组,均接受神经内分泌指标及免疫功能指标检测,并进行组间比较。结果:观察组FGH、2hGH、GG、IL-1β、IL-6、Cortiso1、E、NE等神经内分泌指标均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+等免疫功能指标均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:与无心理应激患者相比,非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病伴心理应激患者的内分泌功能被抑制,细胞免疫功能受损,神经内分泌及免疫功能更加紊乱,应重视对患者心理治疗,减少心理因素影响,保证最佳疗效,研究价值较高。Objective:To investigate the effect of psychological stress on neuroendocrine and immune function in patients with non insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus(NIDDM).Methods:100 patients with non insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus in a hospital from August 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the data.All of them received SCL-90 self-evaluation scale scores.50 patients without psychological stress whose score was less than 160 points were divided into the control group,and 50 cases of psychological stress patients whose score was greater than or equal to 160 points were selected as the observation group.The neuroendocrine indicators and immune function indicators in the two groups were detected and compared.Results:The levels of FGH,2hGH,GG,IL-1β,IL-6,cortiso1,E,NE and other neuroendocrine indexes in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The immune function indexes such as CD4+,CD8+,and CD4+/CD8+in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the patients without psychological stress,the endocrine function of NIDDM patients with psychological stress is inhibited,the cellular immune function is damaged,and the neuroendocrine and immune function are more disordered.Attention should be paid to the psychological treatment of patients,reduce the impact of psychological factors,and ensure the optimal efficacy,which has higher research value.
