扶正涤痰散结汤联合高频电刀技术治疗结核性包裹性胸腔积液的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:研究扶正涤痰散结汤联合高频电刀技术治疗结核性包裹性胸腔积液的临床疗效。方法:随机选取2018年1月~2020年12月期间在某院接受治疗的胆结核性包裹性胸腔积液患者80例作为本次研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组患者给予高频电刀技术治疗,观察组给扶正涤痰散结汤联合高频电刀技术治疗,观察对比两组的患者治疗后临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗后的效果明显更高;治疗前两组患者的肺功能对比差异不大,差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者的肺功能都有所改善,观察组患者的肺功能更佳;治疗后1个月后观察组患者的肺复张更佳;观察组患者治疗后的并发症发生率明显更少,两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:扶正涤痰散结汤联合高频电刀技术治疗结核性包裹性胸腔积液的临床疗效显著,不仅有效提高治疗效果,改善患者的肺功能,而且明显降低了并发症的发生风险,安全性高,是一种非常科学有效的治疗手段,具有很高临床价值,值得进一步推广和使用。Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of Fuzheng Ditan Sanjie Decoction combined with high-frequency electrotome in the treatment of tuberculous encapsulated pleural effusion.Methods:80 patients with biliary tuberculous encapsulated pleural effusion who received treatment in a hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were randomly selected as the subjects of this study,and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 patients in each group.Control group was treated with high frequency electrotome technique.The observation group was treated with Fuzheng Ditan Sanjie decoction combined with high frequency electrotome technique.The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients after treatment was observed and compared.Results:The effect of observation group was significantly higher after treatment;There was no significant difference in lung function between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the lung function of the two groups was improved,and the lung function of the observation group was better.One month after treatment,the pulmonary re-expansion of the observation group was better;The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly less after treatment,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of Fuzheng Ditan Sanjie decoction combined high-frequency electrotome technology in the treatment of tuberculous encapsulated pleural effusion is distinct,which can effectively improve the treatment effect,improve the patient's lung function,and significantly reduce the risk of complications,with high safety,is a very scientific and effective treatment method,has high clinical value,and is worthy of further promotion and application.
