气压治疗仪结合早期运动疗法对预防脑梗死偏瘫患者DVT发生的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究气压治疗仪结合早期运动疗法对预防脑梗死偏瘫患者下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)发生的影响。方法:将某院2018年8月~2020年10月105例脑梗死偏瘫患者根据随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予早期运动疗法干预,观察组在此基础上联合应用气压治疗仪,对比两组相关指标。结果:观察组DVT发生人数少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组,Fugl-Meyer评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组aPTT、PT、TT指标优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组双下肢股静脉血流速度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:气压治疗仪结合早期运动疗法可降低脑梗死偏瘫患者DVT发生的概率,优化神经运动功能,提高凝血功能水平,改善下肢股静脉血液循环。Objective:To study the effect of barometric therapy apparatus combined with early exercise therapy on the prevention of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis(DVT)in patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia.Methods:105 patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia in a hospital from August 2018 to October 2020 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group was given early exercise therapy intervention,and the observation group was combined with barometric therapy apparatus,then the related indicators in the two groups were compared.Results:The number of patients with DVT in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05);The NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the Fugl-Meyer score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The indexes of APTT,PT and TT in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);The blood flow velocity of femoral vein in both lower limbs in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Barometric therapy apparatus combined with early exercise therapy can reduce the probability of DVT in patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia,optimize neuromotor function,improve the level of coagulation function,and improve the blood circulation of lower limb femoral vein.
