摘　　要：目前,变电站内GW4型隔离刀闸进行规范化检修时,检修人员一般将安全带系在刀闸瓷瓶,双脚站在刀闸构架上开展工作。检修人员在检修刀闸时移动范围受阻,而且存在踩空摔落安全隐患,降低检修效率的同时也增加人身风险。文中研发了一种通用的、适合不同厂家的GW4型刀闸检修绝缘台,该绝缘台安装在刀闸构架的横梁上,同时设计了一个安全带卡扣装置,检修人员将安全带扣在卡扣装置上,可能安全、平稳地站在绝缘台上,同时也可以在绝缘台上走动,极大地提高了刀闸检修工作效率及降低了人员坠落风险。At present,when the GW4 isolation knife gate in the substation conducts standardized maintenance,the maintenance personnel generally fasten the seat belt to the knife gate porcelain bottle,and their feet stand on the knife gate frame to carry out the work.The maintenance personnel in the maintenance of the knife gate movement range is blocked,and there is a safety danger of empty fall,reduce the maintenance efficiency and also increase the personal risk.The project develops a general GW4 knife switch suitable for different manufacturers to repair the insulation platform,and the insulation platform is installed on the beam and designs the safety belt buckle device.The maintenance personnel can buckle the safety belt on the buckle device,and the personnel can stand on the insulation platform safely and smoothly and walk on the insulation platform,greatly improving the maintenance efficiency and reducing the risk of personnel fall.
