电力现货市场背景下的可再生能源中长期交易分析

摘　　要：为了提高电力市场对可再生能源交易的持续性,使企业摆脱供电负荷对其发展造成的负面影响,将电力现货市场的形态作为研究背景,提出一种针对可再生能源的中长期交易方法。明确电网交易是建立在AdisCo平台上的,以此为依据描述电力现货市场的基本形态,建立交易市场运营模型;引进柔性负荷理念,进行可再生能源交易过程中的竞争修正;将超出供应范围的能源转移到二级交易市场,将配额外的义务进行低价买入,确保对资源代替消纳的基础上,构建一个针对市场的中长期合作模式。实验证明,设计的可再生能源中长期交易方法,与电力企业发生对接后,可以保证合作方与电力企业保持长期稳定的合作关系,提高供电企业对电能供应的连续性。In order to improve the sustainability of renewable energy trading in the power market and make enterprises get rid of the negative impact of power supply load on their development,taking the form of power spot market as the research background,a medium and long-term trading method for renewable energy is proposed.It is clear that power grid trading is based on adisco platform,which is used to describe the basic form of power spot market and establish the operation model of trading market;Introduce the concept of flexible load to modify the competition in the process of renewable energy trading;Transfer the energy beyond the scope of supply to the secondary trading market,buy at a low price with additional obligations,and build a medium and long-term cooperation model for the market on the basis of ensuring the substitution and consumption of resources.Experiments show that the designed medium and longterm transaction method of renewable energy can ensure the long-term and stable cooperative relationship between partners and power enterprises after docking with power enterprises,so as to improve the continuity of power supply by power supply enterprises.
