摘  要:近年来,随着电网容量的不断增大,新能源发电的兴起,用电峰谷差也逐步加大,需要机组参与调峰。加之“双碳”目标下节能降耗要求,作为电厂最大耗能设备给水泵,其指标直接影响到全厂经济技术指标和节电效益。就给水泵组变频改造方案进行比选,主要研究变频器的选取、增速齿轮箱改造安全性、前置泵单设电机驱动可行性、润滑油系统匹配性等。改造后各负荷段节电率在20%~30%,达到了预期效果。In recent years,with the continuous increase of power grid capacity and the rise of new energy power generation,the peak valley difference of power consumption has gradually increased,which requires the unit to participate in peak shaving.In addition to the requirements of energy conservation and consumption reduction under the“double carbon”target,as the largest energy consuming equipment of the power plant,the index of the feed pump directly affects the economic and technical index and power saving benefit of the whole plant.This paper compares and selects the frequency conversion transformation scheme of feed pump unit,mainly studies the selection of frequency converter,the transformation safety of speed-up gearbox,the feasibility of single motor drive of booster pump,the matching of lubricating oil system,etc.After the transformation,the power saving rate of each load section is 20%-30%,which has achieved the expected effect.
