摘　　要：电力系统自承式电力光缆运行过程中故障率较高,需要的金具种类较多,在故障抢修时经常出现金具的备品型号不满足需求,导致光缆抢修工作滞后的情况。在线路中水泥杆以及钢管杆多为锥形并且型号较多,现悬挂ADSS耐张金具、耐张金具的紧固件抱箍采用扁铁抱箍,由于水泥杆以及钢管杆多为锥形并且型号较多,抱箍尺寸型号也较多,导致施工容易混淆。扁铁抱箍可调范围偏小,存在线路紧急抢修中无法准确及时找到满足多型号杆的抱箍。通过研制可调钢带固定,有效地解决线路中杆径尺寸过多无法正确区分问题,大幅增加可调范围。在线路紧急抢修时无需过多考虑杆径,可采用调节范围较大的不锈钢带式抱箍。In view of the high failure rate of self-bearing power cable,the spare type of gold tool does not meet the demand,resulting in cable emergency repair work lag.In the line,the cement rods and steel pipe rods are mostly conical and have many models.The fasteners hoops hanging ADSS tension-bearing fittings and gold ware are hung with flat iron hoops.Because the cement rods and steel pipe rods are mostly conical and more models,and there are more hoop sizes,the construction is easy to be confused.The adjustable range of flat iron hoop is small,and there is a hoop that cannot accurately and timely meet multi-type rods can be found in line emergency repair.Through the development of adjustable steel band fixation to solve the problem of the line,greatly increase the adjustable range.In the line emergency repair need not consider too much of the stainless steel belt hoop with large adjustment range.
