后疫情时代中韩关系发展中的美国因素分析

摘　　要：在中美"新冷战"局面下,受制于"韩美同盟"的"非对称性"因素的影响,韩国面临被迫"选边站队"和充当美国反华政策"马前卒"的窘境。目前,安保问题业已成为制约中韩关系良性发展的短板。有鉴于此,针对后疫情时代中韩两国关系的发展前景,我们应秉持谨慎乐观的态度,推行"南北并重"的朝鲜半岛政策,坚定支持文在寅政府奉行的对朝"新阳光政策",充分认识韩美同盟"非对称性"的特征,积极促进两国在"一带一路"框架下携手并进,有力地推动中韩关系朝着行稳致远的方向健康发展。Under the situation of the"new cold war"between China and the United States and due to the"asymmetry"feature of the"Korea-US Alliance",South Korea is forced to"choose sides"and act as a pawn in the US anti-China policy.At present,security issue has become a shortcoming restricting the healthy development of Sino-South Korea relations.In view of the development prospect of Sino-South Korean relations in the post-epidemic era,we should adopt a cautiously optimistic attitude,implement the"equal importance to both North and South"policy on the Korean Peninsula,and firmly support the"New Sunshine Policy"pursued by the Moon Jae-in government towards North Korea.Furthermore,we should fully understand the"asymmetry"feature of the Korea-US alliance,actively promote China and South Korea to go hand in hand under the framework of the"Belt and Road",and vigorously promote the healthy development of China-South Korea relations in the direction of stability and long-term progress.
