摘 要:电力系统供需过程中有功和无功的供求一旦不平衡,电网的频率和电压这两大核心指标就会发生对应的波动,进而容易引发故障,所以电网配置了低周低压减载装置。为加强低周低压保护定值的规范化管理,提高保护运行与整定的业务水平和校核效率,减少保护装置“误整定”事故。根据国家电网提出的在线校核及预警功能要求、技术指标、数据接口、展示要求等内容,解决实际生产环境中各种不确定因素导致的定值设置错误问题,结合特征哈希实现了一种高效自动化的低周低压定值巡检系统,来解决这些凸显的实际问题。从定值保护比对的现状及未来发展趋势进行阐述与讨论,介绍了该系统的设计组成和实现方式,并在实践中论证了这套系统的可行性、必要性。When the supply and demand of active power and reactive power are unbalanced in the process of power system supply and demand,the frequency and voltage of the grid will fluctuate correspondingly,which is easy to cause faults.Therefore,the grid is equipped with low cycle and low voltage load shedding device.In order to strengthen the standardized management of setting value of low cycle and low voltage protection,improve the service level and check efficiency of protection operation and setting,and reduce the“wrong setting”accident of protection device.According to the online verification and early warning function requirements,technical indicators,data interface,display requirements and other contents proposed by the State Grid,this paper solves the fixed value setting error caused by various uncertain factors in the actual production environment,and realizes an efficient and automatic low cycle and low voltage fixed value inspection system combined with characteristic hash to solve these prominent practical problems.This paper expounds and discusses the current situation and future development trend of constant value protection comparison,introduces the design composition and implementation mode of the system,and demonstrates the feasibility and necessity of the system in practice.
