摘  要:某电厂机组配汽方式在额定负荷下能够到达设计效率,但低负荷时,高调门存在较大的节流损失,且下进汽方式存在气流激振现象导致轴系失稳。机组参与调峰,50%~80%负荷运行,为提高机组的经济性和安全性,对高调门进行了综合配汽优化,效果显著。The steam distribution mode of a power plant unit can reach the design efficiency under rated load,but at low load,there is a large throttling loss of high control valve;And the lower steam inlet mode has the phenomenon of air flow excitation,which leads to the instability of the shaft system.The unit participates in peak shaving and operates at 50%-80%load.In order to improve the economy and safety of the unit,the high-pressure regulating valve is comprehensively optimized,and the effect is remarkable.
