摘  要:由于自然因素、人为和电力线路时常受到破坏。电力系统抢修塔的研发极大地提高了电力系统恢复的快速性,然而其安全性却严重威胁着安装人员的生命健康。基于电动升降抢修塔设计了抢修塔健康状态监测系统与数据平台,在电线杆塔抢修过程中测量杆塔倾斜角度,提升杆关键点应力变化,判断抢修塔及杆塔的健康状态,及时发现安全隐患,避免安全事故发生;同时研发杆塔数据平台,实时远程监控杆塔安全状态,并在杆塔发生倒塌时迅速反应,切断线路上的电源,避免发生电击事件,并同时通知电力线路抢修队前往事故点,提高抢修响应速度,及时恢复电力供应。Electricity is an important resource related to the national economy and people’s livelihood.With the development of science and technology and social economy,the level of electricity consumption in our country has generally risen,and electricity has become an indispensable part of our lives.However,due to natural and human factors,power lines are often damaged.The research and development of power system emergency repair tower greatly improves the speed of power system recovery,but its safety seriously threatens the life and health of installers.The article designed the emergency repair tower health monitoring system and data platform based on the electric lifting emergency repair tower.During the emergency repair process of the electric pole tower,it measures the inclination angle of the pole and the stress changes at the key points of the lifting pole,judges the health status of the emergency repair tower and the tower,and discovers potential safety hazards in time.Avoid safety accidents;at the same time,develop a tower data platform to remotely monitor the safety status of the tower in real time,and quickly respond when the tower collapses,cut off the power supply on the line,avoid click incidents,and notify the power line repair team to go to the accident point.Improve the response speed of emergency repairs and restore power supply in time.
