摘　　要：架空避雷线、接地引下线及接地网等输电线路接地系统作为输电线路杆塔最基本的防雷措施,既保护了输电线路不被雷击,又能够联动杆塔和接地装置一起构成泄流回路,将产生的雷电流及时疏导到大地散流。而衡量接地装置性能好坏的主要参数是接地电阻。开展了基于物联网技术的分布式输电杆塔接地电阻测试装备的研究,主要是研究针对输电杆塔接地电阻智能免接线的测试算法,依据此算法设计出基于物联网技术的分布式杆塔接地电阻检测装置,实现输电线路接地电阻的免解线测量,并实现架空避雷线、接地引下线状态的检测,从而实现输电线路接地系统的综合评估,改善目前输电线路杆塔接地系统的测量方法及评价方式。As one of the most basic lightning protection measures for high-voltage lines,the grounding system of transmission lines such as overhead lightning conductors,grounding down conductors and grounding grids not only protects high-voltage lines from direct lightning strikes,but also works with supporting poles and grounding devices.It constitutes a leakage channel,and leads the lightning current to the earth to diffuse in time.The main parameter to measure the performance of the grounding device is the grounding resistance.The purpose of this project is to carry out research on distributed tower grounding resistance detection instruments and evaluation methods based on Internet of Things technology.The main content is to study a solution-free wire-free tower grounding resistance measurement algorithm,and design a distribution based on the Internet of Things technology based on this algorithm Tower grounding resistance tester,to realize the disconnection-free measurement of the ground resistance of the transmission line,and to realize the detection of the status of the overhead lightning protection line and the grounding down conductor,so as to realize the comprehensive evaluation of the grounding system of the transmission line and improve the current transmission line tower grounding system.Measurement methods and evaluation methods.
