摘　　要：为提升人们面对疫情的心理健康水平,探讨了不同社会群体在突发事件特别是疫情期间的心理表现及应对措施。分析了不同社会群体在疫情期间的心理表现,具体表现为绝对化思维、焦虑心理、恐慌心理、抑郁心理。从确诊患者和疑似病人、医护人员、儿童、老年人、大学生等群体着手,提出了不同社会群体在突发事件中特别是疫情期间的心理表现及应对措施,不同社会群体在疫情期间,要服从有关部门的统筹协调,学习防控知识,养成良好的卫生习惯,倡导科学健康的生活方式,积极了解疫情发展动态,进而舒缓焦虑情绪,消除恐慌心理。In order to promote the psychological health level of people during epidemic,the study explores the psychological manifestation and countermeasures of different social groups in emergencies,especially during epidemic.Psychological manifestation of different groups in epidemic incorporates absolutization thinking,anxiety,panic and depression.According to the characteristics of confirmed and suspected patients,medical workers,children,the elderly and college students,psychological manifestation and countermeasures of different social groups in emergencies,especially in epidemic,are proposed.It is suggested for different social groups to obey the planning and coordination of related departments,learn prevention and control knowledge,cultivate good health habits,advocate scientific and healthy lifestyle,and actively know epidemic dynamics,in order to relieve their anxiety,and eliminate panic.
