摘 要:随着我国能源战略西移,西部荒漠化地区正成为重要的煤炭生产基地。快速准确地获取矿区生态环境信息,为绿色矿山及区域生态文明建设提供数据支撑,成为当前迫切需要解决的关键问题之一。以榆林某矿区为研究范围,基于当前空间分辨率较高的民用卫星Sentinel-2数据,通过波段运算、缨帽变换等方法,提取研究区土壤亮度指数(SBI)、植被绿度指数(GVI)、湿度指数(WET)等生态环境因子,选择综合指数法计算遥感生态指数(RSEI),监测研究区2016—2019年的生态环境质量变化。研究结果表明该矿区的RSEI值较低,总体生态环境质量较差;矿山建设与开发导致局部地区生态环境出现退化,需要在绿色矿山建设中采取有针对性的措施,减少土地损害,提升矿区植被覆盖度。所提出的信息提取方法及评价模型方便快捷,可以为大范围的矿区可持续发展提供有效的技术支撑。As China’s energy strategy moves westward,the western desertification area is becoming an important coal production base. It is one of the key problems that need to be solved to quickly and accurately obtain the information of ecological environment in mining areas and to provide data for supporting the construction of a green mine and regional ecological civilization. Taking a mining area in Yulin as the research scope,based on the satellite data of Sentinel-2 that has a high spatial resolution,the ecological factors are extracted by methods of band operation and Tasselled Cap transformation including soil brightness index( SBI),green vegetation index( GVI) and wetness index( WET). Remote sensing ecological index( RSEI) is constructed by the comprehensive index method to evaluate the quality of the ecological environment in the study area. The results show that the RSEI value of mining area is low and the overall ecological environment quality is poor. The mine construction and development lead to the degradation of the local ecological environment,so it is necessary to take targetted measures in the construction of green mine to reduce land damage and improve vegetation coverage in the mining area. The information extraction method and evaluation model proposed in this study are convenient and fast,which can provide effective technical support for the sustainable development of large-scale mining areas.
