摘 要:总结了影响VRLA蓄电池动态性能的因素:极板材质、加工工艺、电解液比重、电解液温度、密封特性。采用100 Ah的2 V单体阀控式铅酸蓄电池进行充放电实验,挑选三组不同比重电解液,通过观察电池两极电压变化,记录达到终止电压的放电时间,对其使用性能数据变化进行研究。实验表明,汇流排的焊接工艺对于电池动态特性起着至关重要的作用,甚至直接影响电池正常使用,虽然铅酸蓄电池在同等工况下动态特性受电解液比重影响,但影响变化相对较小,受电解液温度影响较大,为今后VRLA动态使用性能的有效改进奠定了实践基础。Influencing factors of the dynamic characteristics of VRLA(Value Regulated Lead Acid Battery)are summarized,i.e.polar plate material,processing technology,electrolyte proportion,electrolyte temperature and sealing characteristic.100 Ah and 2V monomer valve regulation lead-acid battery is used to do charge-discharge experiment,and electrolyte of different weights of three groups is selected.Through observing the voltage changes of two poles,the discharging time of final voltage are recorded,and the changes of using performance data are researched.The experiments show that welding technology of busbar has very important influence on dynamic performance of the battery.It even influences the normal usage of the battery.Although the dynamic characteristic of VRLA can be influenced by electrolyte,the influence is relatively little,and the influence of electrolyte temperature is relatively great.This lays practical basis for the effective improvement of dynamic usage performance of VRLA in the future.
