摘  要:为有效改善95后大学生“慢就业”现象,分析了大学生“慢就业”现象成因及其本质,指出了“慢就业”的利弊,即有助于毕业生调整心态,提高就业稳定性,但也容易滋生惰性情绪,造成社会脱节。提出了高校层面“慢就业”的改善策略:前置职业规划,帮助学生理性选择专业,加强价值引导,提升大学生积极就业心态,做好就业帮扶,开展一对一就业指导,做好就业跟踪,及时修订高校培养方案,深化校企合作,建立应用型人才订单式培养方案,以提升高校毕业生就业落实率和就业质量。In order to effectively improve the“slow employment”phenomenon of college students of the generation after 95s,the research analyzes causes of“slow employment”phenomenon of college students and its essences,and points out the advantages and disadvantages of“slow employment”.It contributes to the psychological adjustment of graduates,and improve employment stability,but lazy mood is easy to be generated to make students become disjointed from the society.Improvement strategies are proposed for the“slow employment”from the college level,i.e.to set career planning in advance,help students to rationally select majors,strengthen value guidance,promote positive employment attitude of college students,do well in employment assistance,develop one-to-one employment guidance,do well in employment follow-up,timely revise college cultivation scheme,deepen school-enterprise cooperation,and establish applied talent order-type cultivation scheme,in order to improve the employment rate and quality of college graduates.
