摘 要:随着信息化时代的快速发展,我国建筑业信息化覆盖程度越来越广泛。工程清单算量是建筑工程项目管理中的关键工作,而Revit模型与工程量清单不匹配问题,影响到BIM在工程成本和物资管理中的应用效果。针对上述问题,通过分析Revit模型与清单层级结构,分别创建模型、清单的树形结构图,建立模型元素与清单子目的一对一映射关系;利用C#语言和Revit二次开发原理设计二次开发插件,建立模型与清单的匹配规则与路径,为由Revit平台输出模型输出清单工程量奠定基础。With the rapid development of information age,the coverage of construction industry is more and more extensive.The calculation of project bill is the key work to construction project management,and the mismatch between Revit model and bill of quantities hinders the progress of the calculation of project bill based on BIM.According to the above problems,by analyzing the hierarchical structure of Revit model and bill,the tree structure diagram of Revit model and inventory hierarchy,the model and bill are created,and one-to-one mapping relationship between model elements and bill subitems is established.Using C#language and Revit secondary development principle,the secondary development plug-in is designed to establish the matching rules and paths between the model and the list,so as to lay the foundation for the Revit platform to output the model and output the bill quantities.
