摘  要:为确定某重型跨缆吊机服役状况、保证跨缆吊机安全运行、延长跨缆吊机总体使用寿命,需针对跨缆吊机作业时的应力大小及变形进行准确评估。借助ANSYS WORKBENCH软件,模拟满载水平提升工况下跨缆吊机的结构情况,对设备整体结构进行该工况下的静力学分析和模态分析,并得出其应力大小、变形情况以及动态特性。分析结果表明,跨缆吊机满载水平提升状态下引起的结构应力仅有几处集中应力超过材料屈服极限,但远小于材料的强度极限。经过结构优化,有效改善了主梁端部结构的应力集中现象,大大提高了跨缆吊机的安全性。在模态分析结果中,跨缆吊机整体振幅较小且变化不大,整体振幅在0.30 mm以下。结果表明该机构符合设计要求,为跨缆吊机的设计和研究提供理论依据,对提升跨缆吊机的工作可靠性和稳定性具有实际意义。In order to determine the service status of a heavy-duty deck erection gantry,ensure the safe operation of the deck erection gantry,and extend the overall service life of the deck erection gantry,it is necessary to accurately evaluate the stress and deformation during the operation of the deck erection gantry.With the help of ANSYS WORKBENCH software,the structure of the deck erection gantry under the full-load level with lifting condition is simulated,and the static analysis and modal analysis under this condition of overall structure of the equipment are carried out.The stress,deformation and dynamics characteristic are obtained.The analysis results show that only a few concentrated stresses of the structure caused by the full-load horizontal lifting state of the deck erection gantry exceed the yield limit of the material,but are far less than the strength limit of the material.Through the structural optimization,the stress concentration phenomenon of the end structure of the main girder is effectively improved,and the safety of the cable crane is greatly improved.In the results of modal analysis,the overall amplitude of the cable hoist is small and does not change much,and the overall amplitude is below 0.3 mm.The results show that the mechanism meets the design requirements,provides a theoretical basis for the design and research of the deck erection gantry,and has practical significance for improving the reliability and stability of the deck erection gantry.
