摘 要:分析了产生取向电工钢生产过程中高耗能、高成本等困扰的材料技术原因,并简述了近些年来人们借助改进成分设计来降低取向电工钢生产能耗和成本的种种努力.以此为基础,提出了铜粒子单一抑制剂取向电工钢的设计理念,并阐述了其节能降耗的材料学原理.相应的初步实验研究取得了突破,结果显示:铜粒子单一抑制剂确实能够实现所需的二次再结晶过程,避免了传统生产流程的高温耗能环节.随着相关生产技术的不断改进和成熟,铜粒子单一抑制剂取向电工钢有望发展成高节能取向电工钢.The material and technical reasons for the problems of high energy consumption and high cost in the production of oriented electrical steel were analyzed,and efforts in recent years to reduce the energy consumption and cost of oriented electrical steel production by improving the composition design were briefly described.On this basis,the design concept of oriented electrical steel with copper particles as single inhibitor was put forward,and the material principle of energy saving and consumption reduction was expounded.The corresponding preliminary experimental research has made a breakthrough.The results show that the single inhibitor of copper particles can realize the required secondary recrystallization process indeed,avoiding the high-temperature energy consumption link of the traditional production procedure.With the continuous improvement and maturity of relevant production technology,the grain oriented electrical steel using copper particles as unique inhibitor is expected to develop into a type of high energy-saving oriented electrical steel.
