摘　　要：提升开放型经济水平,推动形成全面开放新格局是我国当前的基本政策,也是我国经济社会发展非常重要的动力。当今世界正处于大发展、大变革、大调整时期,我国经济也正处在优化经济结构转换增长动力的重要时期,机遇和挑战前所未有。对我国提升开放型经济水平、推动形成全面开放新格局的必然性加以分析,提出在此过程中应遵循的原则,以及我国落实提升开放型经济水平、推动形成全面开放新格局应采取的举措。It is the Chinese current basic policy to enhance the level of open economy and promote the formation of a new pattern of comprehensive opening up,which is also a very important driving force for Chinese economic and social development.Nowadays,the world is in a period of great development,great change and great adjustment,and Chinese economy is also in an important period of optimizing the economic structure and transforming the driving force of growth,with unprecedented opportunities and challenges.Firstly,it analyzed the inevitability of improving the level of open economy and promoting the formation of a new pattern of comprehensive opening up in this paper.Secondly,it put forward the principles that should be followed in promoting the level of open economy and promoting the formation of a new pattern of comprehensive opening up.Finally,it studied the measures that China should take to implement and enhance the level of open economy and promote the formation of a new pattern of comprehensive opening up.
