摘　　要：原建档立卡贫困户家庭学生就业质量的高低不仅关系到学生自身及家庭的幸福,而且关系到国家脱贫攻坚成果的巩固及社会的稳定。以蚌埠学院为例对原建档立卡贫困户家庭学生毕业一年后就业状况以及就业质量进行跟踪、监测,并与非贫困生进行比较,在统计和分析的基础上,总结出影响原建档立卡贫困户家庭学生就业质量的因素,就此探讨提升就业质量的有效途径。The employment quality of students from poor families originally registered is not only related to the happiness of students and their families,but also related to the achievements of poverty alleviation and social stability.The research group tracked and monitored the poverty-stricken students’employment quality of Bengbu University after half a year of their graduation.Compared with non-poor students on the basis of statistics and analysis,main factors have been collected to effectively improve the employment quality.
