摘  要:目的探讨常规电子计算机断层扫描(CT)、CT多平面重建(MPR)在桡骨远端骨折分型中的应用价值。方法选择柘城中医院2018年10月至2020年10月收治的桡骨远端骨折78例患者作为研究对象,所有患者均接受CT常规扫描检查,再进行CTMPR,记录常规CT扫描与CTMPR诊断桡骨远端骨折的分型情况,对比常规CT扫描与CTMPR诊断桡骨远端骨折分型的一致性。结果临床综合诊断:A型18例(A28例、A310例),B型26例(B13例、B27例、B316例),C型34例(C16例、C212例、C316例);CTMPR诊断桡骨远端骨折分型的准确率(100%)高于常规CT扫描(86%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),常规CT扫描与CTMPR诊断的桡骨远端骨折分型的一致性一般(Kappa=0.744,P<0.05)。结论CTMPR诊断桡骨远端骨折分型的准确率更高,无漏诊病例出现,诊断价值更佳。Objective To explore the applicability of conventional computerized tomography(CT)and CT multiplanar reconstruction(CTMPR)in the classification of distal radius fractures.Methods The research involved 78 patients with distal radius fractures,admitted to our hospital between October 2018 and October 2020.All patients underwent routine CT scans followed by CTMPR.Classification of fractures,the consistency of conventional CT scans,and CTMPR in the diagnosis of distal radius fractures was evaluated.Results Com-prehensive clinical diagnosis:18 cases of type A(8 cases,10 cases of A2,A3),26 cases of type B(3 cases,7 cases,16 cases of each of B1,B2,and B3),34 cases of type C(C16 cases,C212 cases,C316 cases);the accuracy of CTMPR in the diagnosis of distal radius fractures was 100%higher than that of conventional CT scans 86%(P<0.05).The accuracy of CTMPR in the diagnosis of distal radius fractures was 100%higher than that of conventional CT scans.The classification of end fracture was generally consistent(Kappa value=0.744,P<0.05).Conclusion CTMPR has higher accuracy,no missed cases,and better diagnostic value in the diagnosis of distal radius fractures.
