摘 要:肾脏疾病患者体内广泛存在慢性炎症状态,慢性炎症反应是肾脏疾病发生、发展以及恶化的重要因素之一。细胞焦亡作为一种炎症细胞死亡方式参与多种肾脏疾病的发生发展过程。而人第10号染色体缺失的磷酸酶及张力蛋白同源基因(PTEN)与核因子κB(NF-κB)在肾脏疾病中参与细胞焦亡的发生过程,且PTEN与NF-κB可能存在相互调控的关系。其中,NF-κB在调节细胞反应中具有重要作用,是对有害细胞刺激的第一反应者,而靶向抑制NF-κB是肾脏疾病治疗的研究方向之一。因此,全面研究PTEN/NF-κB信号通路在急慢性肾脏病中的作用机制将为肾脏疾病的早期诊断及靶向治疗提供理论依据,并为临床治疗肾脏疾病提供新思路。Chronic inflammation is widespread in patients with kidney diseases,and it is one of the important factors for the occurrence,development and deterioration of kidney diseases.Pyroptosis,as an inflammatory cell death mode,is involved in the occurrence and development of many renal diseases.Phosphatase and tensin homologue deleted on chromosome ten gene(PTEN)and nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB)are involved in the pathogenesis of cell pyroptosis in renal diseases,and the relationship between PTEN and NF-κB may be mutual regulation.NF-κB plays an important role in regulating cellular response and is the first responsor to harmful cell stimulation.The targeted inhibition of NF-κB is one of the research directions in the treatment of kidney diseases.Therefore,a comprehensive study on the mechanism of PTEN/NF-κB signaling pathway in acute and chronic kidney diseases will provide theoretical basis for the early diagnosis and targeted therapy of kidney diseases,and bring new ideas for the clinical treatment.
