摘  要:由于受体内胰岛素缺乏和胰岛素抵抗作用的影响,糖尿病患者易发生心肌缺血再灌注损伤。在心肌缺血再灌注损伤过程中,物质及能量代谢发挥关键作用。巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)可通过激活缺氧诱导因子-1α/MIF/AMP活化的蛋白激酶信号通路调节胰岛素的分泌与表达,从而改善糖尿病患者心肌缺血再灌注损伤程度。MIF不仅可优化糖尿病心肌缺血再灌注过程中的能量代谢,其高表达还会在糖尿病心肌缺血再灌注的不同阶段发挥不同作用。因此,明确MIF调节糖尿病心肌缺血再灌注过程中能量代谢的确切机制,可为糖尿病患者心肌缺血再灌注的研究及有效防治心肌损伤提供新思路。Due to the effects of insulin deficiency and insulin resistance,diabetic patients are prone to myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury.Substance and energy metabolism play a key role in myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury.Macrophage mobility inhibitory factor(MIF)regulates insulin secretion and expression by activating hypoxia-inducible factor-1α/MIF/AMP-activated protein kinase signaling pathway,thereby improving myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury in the diabetic patients.Not only MIF can optimize energy metabolism during diabetic myocardial ischemia/reperfusion,but its high expression can also play different roles in different stages of the process.Therefore,to clarify the exact mechanism of MIF regulating energy metabolism during myocardial ischemia/reperfusion in diabetic patients can provide new ideas for its study and effective prevention and treatment of myocardial injury.
