摘 要:根据GB/T1029-2005及GB/T1032-2012所要求的相关电机实验项目,当前大多采用传统的试验方法进行相关试验,需要准备的试验设备较多,试验方式相对落后,试验效率低下,且采用传统的试验方式导致大功率电机的部分试验项目难于实施。目前静止型高压变频程控电源可用于电机的绝大部分试验项目,随着电力电子技术的发展,静止型变频程控电源的控制精度越来越高、容量和电压等级均呈较大的上升趋势,越来越适用于较大容量范围电机试验。本文对静止型高压变频程控电源的配置方案、电源拓扑结构、各种电机试验的接线方式及在电机试验方面的应用进行了简要阐述,并重点分析了静止型高压变频程控电源进行电机的叠频温升试验的原理、实现方法以及与传统试验方式的区别。通过仔细比较,高压变频程控电源用于电机试验具有明显的应用优势,值得大力推广使用。According to the relevant motor experimental projects required by GB/T1029-2005 and GB/T 1032-2012,most of the current relevant tests are carried out using traditional test methods,which require more test equipment,relatively backward test methods and low test efficiency.Moreover,the traditional test methods lead to the difficulty in implementing some test projects of high-power motors.At present,static type high voltage frequency conversion program control power supply can be used for most of the motor test items,with the development of power electronics technology,static type frequency conversion program control power supply control precision is getting higher and higher,the capacity and voltage level show a larger trend,more and more suitable for a larger capacity range of motor test.In this paper,the static type configuration scheme of high voltage variable frequency programmable power supply,power supply topology,all kinds of the connection mode of electrical test and the applications were briefly reviewed in this paper,the motor experiment,and analyzed the static type high voltage variable frequency programmable power supply to fold the frequency of the motor temperature rise test principle,implementation method and its differences with the traditional test method.Through careful comparison,the high voltage frequency conversion program control power supply for motor test has obvious application advantages,and is worth popularizing.
