摘　　要：本文介绍了一种应用于交-直-交变频多传动系统的在线绝缘检测,阐述了在线绝缘检测的工作原理,描述了其绝缘故障定位功能。在线绝缘检测可以在生产运行过程中判断出绝缘故障回路,大大减少了产线停机时间。本文并结合现场辊道电机的实际工况,分别介绍了绝缘故障定位到组和定位到单台电机两种功能在现场的实际应用,对保护变频传动系统、消除设备隐患具有积极意义。This article introduces a kind of on-line insulation detection applied to ac-DC-:AC variable frequency multi-drive system,expounds the working principle of on-line insulation detection,and describes its insulation fault location function.Online insulation detection can identify the insulation fault loop in the process of production operation,greatly reducing the downtime of the production line.Combined with the actual working conditions of the roller table motor,this paper introduces the practical application of the two functions of locating the insulation fault to the group and locating the insulation fault to a single motor in the field,which has positive significance to protect the frequency conversion drive system and eliminate the hidden danger of equipment.
