摘  要:为了提高全自动粘箱机动力部的整体性能,在保持原有机械结构强度、刚度满足要求的前提下减小其自身重量和振动,对粘箱机瓦楞纸板引出辊进行相应的模态分析和优化设计。建立引出辊的三维参数化模型,以parasolid格式引入到Workbench的Modal分析模块中进行相应的模态化分析,得到各阶模态下的振型和频率结果。调用谐响应模块对瓦楞纸板引出辊进行分析,得到在各阶频率下对应振幅的谐响应曲线图。根据分析结果找到振幅较大时对应频率的阶次和引出辊容易发生共振的危险部位。针对求解出的振幅较大阶次和危险部位进行尺寸参数的优化分析,优化后的结构在原有基础上等效应力极大值减少33.52%,弹性应变极大值减少30.79%,结构总质量减少11.97%,且固有频率有所提高。In order to improve the overall performance of the power part of the automatic carton bonding machine and reduce its own weight and vibration on the premise of maintaining the strength and stiffness of the original mechanical structure to meet the requirements,the corresponding modal analysis and optimization design of the corrugated board drawing-off roller of the carton bonding machine were carried out.The three-dimensional parametric model of the drawing-off roller was established and was introduced into the modal analysis module of Workbench in Parasolid format for corresponding modal analysis,and the vibration mode and frequency results under each mode were obtained.Then,the harmonic response module was called to analyze the drawing-off roller of the corrugated cardboard,and the harmonic response diagram corresponding to the amplitude at all frequencies was obtained.According to the analysis results,the order of the corresponding frequency and the dangerous part where the drawing-off roller is prone to resonance when the amplitude is large were found.The optimized size parameters were analyzed for the large amplitude order and dangerous parts.On the original basis,the maximum value of equivalent stress was reduced by 33.52%,the maximum value of elastic strain was reduced by 30.79%,the total mass of the structure was reduced by 11.97%,and the natural frequency was improved to certain degree.
