摘  要:针对市场上全自动寿司制售一体机空白的现状,设计一种寿司制售一体机,并搭建配套的后台管理系统,实现对寿司机重要参数的监控以及制作情况的识别。对寿司制作的整体方案进行设计,利用Solidworks搭建机械本体,通过电控系统实现寿司的自动制作;后台管理平台采用支持向量机对寿司进行分类识别,根据顾客的空腹血糖值提供寿司配餐建议,并将重要参数分类存放于数据库中。结果表明,设计的机械机构简单合理,控制系统稳定,具有识别寿司制作情况和提供配餐建议的功能。可用于医院、社区和公司等人员相对固定的场所,符合当下人们对健康食品的要求,可有效减轻商家的营销压力。Considering the present situation of a blank of the automatic sushi making and selling machine on the market,a sushi making and selling machine was designed,and a supporting background management system was built to realize the monitoring of the important parameters of the sushi machine and the identification of production.After designing the overall plan for Sushi production,SolidWorks was used to build a mechanical body,and the automatic production of sushi was achieved by electronical control system;the background management platform uses support vector machine to identify the sushi by category,provide suggestions on sushi diets based on customer's fasting blood glucose value,and store the important parameter classification in the database.The results show that the designed mechanical mechanism is structurally simple and reasonable,the control system is stable,and has the functions of identifying sushi production and providing diet recommendations.It can be used in hospitals,communities and companies,where people are relatively fixed,conforms to the current requirements of people for health foods,and can effectively reduce the marketing pressure of merchants.
