摘　　要：宋江受到梁山众多好汉的衷心拥戴与敬仰,并成为梁山领袖,与他努力构建的良好自我形象息息相关;他胸怀明确的政治目标,以义相动、以情感人、以礼相尊、以忠服人,善于组织管理及协调,以一人而主众人,展现了高超的领导艺术。Song Jiang was sincerely supported and admired by heroes and became leader of Mount Liangshan,which was closely related to his good self-image.He had a clear political goal,moved others with righteousness and emotion,respected others with ceremony,and served others with loyalty.He was good at organization,management and coordination,showing superb leading skills while dominating others.
