双环醇片联合替诺福韦酯治疗慢性乙型肝炎患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察双环醇片联合替诺福韦酯治疗慢性乙型肝炎患者的效果。方法:选取100例慢性乙型肝炎患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各50例。对照组采用替诺福韦酯治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合双环醇片治疗。比较两组乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)血清标志物[乙型肝炎表面抗原(HBsAg)、乙型肝炎E抗原(HBeAg)]水平、HBV-DNA转阴率、肝功能指标[丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)及总胆红素(TBiL)]水平、肝纤维化指标[透明质酸酶(HA)、层黏连蛋白(LN)、Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ)]水平和不良反应发生率。结果:治疗6个月后,两组血清HBsAg、HBeAg、ALT、AST、TBiL、HA、LA、PCⅢ水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗3个月后,两组HBV-DNA转阴率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗6个月后,观察组HBV-DNA转阴率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:双环醇片联合替诺福韦酯治疗慢性乙型肝炎患者可降低HBV血清标志物、肝功能指标和肝纤维化指标水平,提高HBV-DNA转阴率,优于单纯替诺福韦酯治疗效果。Objective:To observe effects of Bicyclic alcohol tablets combined with Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate in treatment of patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods:100 patients with chronic hepatitis B were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate,while the observation group was treated with Bicyclic alcohol tablets on the basis of that of the control group.The hepatitis B virus(HBV)serum marker levels[hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg),hepatitis B E antigen(HBeAg)],the HBV-DNA negative conversion rate,the liver function indicator levels[alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and total bilirubin(TBiL)],the liver fibrosis indicator levels[serum hyaluronidase(HA),laminin(LN),type III procollagen(PCⅢ)]and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:6 months after the treatment,the serum HBsAg,HBeAg,ALT,AST,TBiL,HA,LA,and PCⅢlevels of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment;those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).3 months after the treatment,there was no significant difference in the HBV-DNA negative conversion rate between the two groups(P>0.05).6 months after the treatment,the HBV-DNAnegative conversion rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Bicyclic alcohol tablets combined with Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate in the treatment of the patients with chronic hepatitis B can reduce the levels of HBV serum markers,the liver function indicators and liver fibrosis indicators levels,and increase the HBV-DNA negative conversion rate.Moreover,it is superior to sing
